Our Founders

Meet two of the three founders of Intouch Games, both of whom have played an essential part in the creation of a forward-thinking and passionate culture within an award-winning company that gives back.

SIMON WILSON

Director and Founder

Since founding Intouch Games over 20 years ago, I have gained vast knowledge in building, managing and operating a business from a one-man band to the size today of 500+ employees. Each employee brings value to Intouch Games, and I try to pass on to employees as much of my own experience and knowledge as possible to enable them to learn and grow within the company. I have established a forward-thinking culture in the business, encouraging growth and development as well as providing opportunities to be promoted from within.

Managing Technology at Intouch Games since the early days of the company was a challenge as much as a great satisfaction. Watching the in-house developed software growing and performing over the years, watching various technical teams developing amazing products was a journey I am really happy I was a part of. I got to meet and work with talented software developers, IT infrastructure and QA people, without them the products we have today would not have been possible.

As an industry-leading tech company, we are unique in what we do in the iGaming sector. All our games are designed, developed and promoted in-house from our Halesowen, Bucharest and Taipei offices. This gives us full creative freedom to focus on what delivers value and what constitutes exceptional player experience. Our business is also highly multi-cultural which allows us to have a broader range of ideas, creating a fast-paced and innovative culture that has led to us growing at an exponential rate. We are not afraid to try new things or do things differently.

Our UK office, Fountain House, is located in central Halesowen and offers some of the best facilities in the Midlands. From our chill-out areas, meeting pods and fully stocked kitchens, to our purpose-built onsite gym and hidden forest themed canteen area – you can rest assured that you will be working in an environment that nurtures your creativity.

Our Romanian office is located in central town Bucharest, being a modern and organised open space. Passionate and dynamic people make up the majority of the team in the office, with the main focus on technical work and the use of new technologies in software development.

TAIPEI, TAIWAN.

Our Taipei office is the development headquarter in Asia, located just minutes away from the main transportation hub of Taipei City. We have 2 offices, one with a spacious balcony for our team to relax and enjoy snacks and beverages, and one featuring the one of best views in Taipei of the Yang-Ming Mountain National Park. These great locations provide our employees with a perfect balance of working at the office and luxurious lifestyle after work.
