We pride ourselves on having one of the friendliest workforces going. We’ll do our best to make sure you get to know the people you work with quickly and soon feel part of the Intouch family.
At Intouch Games, we know the best ideas are generated by giving people the opportunity to collaborate with each other. Our new state-of-the-art offices are full of comfortable breakout areas and meeting spaces to encourage our people to share their ideas, work together and generally talk to each other… lots.
We understand the importance of open, two-way communication and feedback in business. All of our managers are highly approachable and work in the office alongside everyone else. If you want to talk to one of our directors you only have to knock on their door.
Our ability to move quickly is crucial to our success, which means life here is agile, fast-paced and never boring… In fact we are fairly certain you will never be short of something to do.
Intouch Games experienced phenomenal growth in 2016, which is set to continue. The expansion of our teams means there is enormous potential for developing your career with us, both into leadership or specialist technical roles. We are huge supporters of promoting within and do our best to develop the skills and experience of our people to grow with us.
We are proud to support a number of local and international charities, and offer plenty of opportunities for our people to get involved in fundraising. Locally these include the Hope Centre, Wyre Forest Nightstop, Franche Community Church and Living Springs. Internationally these include the Gambia Solar Lamps project and HSPCOO School.
We host frequent events throughout the year to enhance morale, employee engagement and communication, and to help strike a positive work-life balance. Alongside regular all staff and team meetings we also hold seasonal social events, charity fun days and our Annual Awards Ceremony.
