Global Mobility Business Partner
Seeking a Global Mobility Business Partner to join our busy Talent Acquisition team and act as main point of contact for relocating new colleagues from outside of the UK to company owned properties in Birmingham, UK.
This role in its first priority is essentially coordinating International moves and letting properties – depending on the role holder the position has scope to develop further into our wider Global Mobility and HR related areas of HR & Talent expectations for the business.
Handling all related correspondence to ensure prospective tenants are up-to-date with the latest available properties, responding to all related questions as they arise, and maintaining appropriate documentation – update, amend and maintain a number of Excel based spreadsheets to track current tenants, prospective tenants and currently available properties in our portfolio.
The role will require great communication skills and relationship building to ensure strong inter-department efficiency with Hiring Managers and associated departments such as Recruitment, Finance, HR, Facilities and our property development company (Ruskin).
• Arranging property viewings with our Lettings coordinator ensuring prospective tenants have full details and travel plans to meet at a designated time.
• Make calculations to ensure prospective tenants are able to afford the property based on National Minimum Wage.
• Send out Service Occupancy Agreements to be signed and returned by prospective tenants and obtaining scanned copies of passports as per Government guidelines.
• Manage and process the ‘Check Out’ process for tenants who wish to vacate a property to ensure we have full details of utility readings etc.
